build the brand you

imagine, on solid

commercial ground

I mentor founders who are starting or growing a fashion, footwear, accessories or home & lifestyle brand. As a fashion business advisor and mentor, I offer practical guidance from someone who has done it before, covering your plan, your collection, your sourcing and your market, so you can build your business without hiring a full-time team.

Who it's for

Starting or growing a fashion, footwear, accessories or home & lifestyle brand means making big decisions on your plan, your sourcing and your market, often on your own.

I mentor founders one-to-one, drawing on more than twenty years working in and with global brands, so you get honest, experienced answers without hiring a full-time team.

This is experience-led mentoring rather than an accredited coaching programme: you’re gaining practical advice from someone who has helped build successful retail brands and businesses for over 20 years, not a formal methodology.

What I will work on with you

  • Starting up: your idea, customer and first collection

  • Business planning: pricing, margins and a realistic growth plan

  • Collection design and development through my network.

  • Setting up a sourcing base: finding, vetting and managing the right factories

  • Market analysis: who is buying, what is moving and where the gaps are

  • Competitor studies: how the brands around you position, price and sell

How it works

  1. Book a free 20-minute intro call.

  2. Fill in a short brief so we can make the most of our time.

  3. Meet for your session. Leave with a written summary and clear next steps.

Ways to work together

  • Clarity Session: one 90-minute session on a single question, with a written summary and next steps.

  • Fixed-fee Market and Competitor Analysis: a written study of your market and closest competitors.

  • The Blueprint Intensive: four 90 min sessions over four to six weeks, focused on one outcome such as a business plan, a sourcing base or a market read. A one-time deep dive where I audit your current collection, supply chain, or go-to-market strategy and deliver a 12-month roadmap.

  • Founder Advisory Retainer: monthly sessions for a flat fee covering a set number of 1-on-1 strategy calls and asynchronous access (via email or Slack) to unblock your daily challenges.

  • Fractional Leadership: A higher commitment tier where I don't just advise, but actively review your look books, develop ranges, sit in on critical factory negotiation calls, or help introduce you to major retail buyers. For founders, this is hands-on support rather than an embedded role

Every engagement starts with a free 20-minute call, so I can understand what you need before you commit.
